Human direction. Agent responsibility.

More autonomy should mean less supervision, without losing the purpose, boundaries or evidence behind the work.

AlphaCrew began with dependable scheduled tasks. Its direction has grown into a personal, coordinator-led team for bounded work. The same foundation remains: durable records, isolated execution and outcomes you can inspect.

Your attention is a scarce resource.

You decide business importance and how deeply to discuss the direction. Agents should not impose a classification ceremony, ask you to approve every plan or make you read every generated artifact.

Delegation covers the whole authorized path.

Planning, choosing ordinary implementation details, executing, checking and correcting belong to the agent. A new phase does not invalidate existing authorization. A materially different goal, resource grant or external commitment does.

Completion needs an inspectable basis.

A successful run and a submitted result are not the same as an accepted outcome. Keep the applicable criteria, checks, evidence and limitations. Model judgment remains attributed judgment; it is not independent proof.

Collaboration should earn its cost.

Specialists check their contributions. A coordinator integrates them and chooses additional verification where it matters. Small work can stay with one agent; extra roles and repeated checks are not goals in themselves.

Autonomy must have an end condition.

Assignments need finite allowances as well as useful progress. When authority, evidence or resources run out, preserve the partial result and concrete limitation. Do not disguise exhaustion as completion.

Records support the work.

The agent maintains the links. You should not have to manage version counters or navigate a sequence of approvals.

  1. Intent

The outcome and boundaries you establish.

  2. Work

The shared objective, responsibility and criteria.

  3. Plan & task

    The approach and executable instructions.

  4. Run & result

The attempt, deliverable and acceptance evidence.

These are connected records, not mandatory human approval stages. A later plan must not silently rewrite the basis of an earlier run.
