A few things to know

Is Individual a subscription?

No. It is a one-time software license with 12 months of updates. Another year of updates is an optional purchase, separate from your permanent right to use an eligible version.

Which version can I keep?

You can permanently use the last version you obtained during your update period. When that period ends, you do not have to return to the version available when you first purchased. Future updates require a new update period.

What counts as a Host?

The Host is the device running your AlphaCrew installation and AI team. Each license is bound to one Host device. A phone or browser used to access that same Host is a client, not another Host. Running AlphaCrew on another device requires another license.

Can I use Individual for commercial work?

Yes. Individual includes commercial use. Enterprise is available for organizations that need a licensing proposal and separately scoped implementation or support.

What do the early-bird and target prices mean?

The Individual early-bird license is US$149 per Host, and early-bird update renewal is US$69 per Host for one year. The target prices are US$199 and US$99 respectively. Target prices describe the intended future pricing, not a previous selling price or a promise to lock future renewals at the early-bird rate.

Does the license include AI usage or workflow services?

No. Model subscriptions and API usage are paid through your own provider accounts. Customer-specific workflow implementation, integration work, maintenance and support are scoped separately. A permanent software license does not guarantee that external services will remain compatible indefinitely.

Does Enterprise cover unlimited Hosts?

No. Each license is bound to one Host. Your Enterprise proposal specifies the number of licenses and any agreed implementation, maintenance and support services.
